Ali was great. Our oven went out the morning of Thanksgiving. We thought it was 1 board with an easy replacement but that was not the case. Ali was able to get the part needed within 2 days and came and repaired it within 45 mins the oven was back on to working.

Called Ali Appliance Repair. Someone was able to come out the same day. Not only that, before they came out, I had described what the issue was with my oven over the phone and I was told what it sound like it could be and it was exactly what he said it was. Came out exchanged it fixed it they run time. I really liked that the customer service was awesome. I will use.Ali Appliance Repair again.
